OK, so the announcement in Florida will likely name 13 funded HSR corridors. That still doesn’t change the fact FL is a waste of money, and we really should be focusing on a massive investment on the Northeast Corridor.
Florida HSR
Obama and Biden are traveling to Florida, and it’s suspected they might be announcing a Tampa-Orlando HSR line. Chalk up another terrible idea/waste of money.
I constantly advocate for improved mass transit, and support investment in high speed rail, but spending billions on a line between two cities in Florida is completely idiotic.
What happens when you get off the train at the station?...
